Moving into the next phase of life has never looked so contemporary! The retired owners of this home wanted a sanctuary where they could pursue their interests but also travel without worrying about upkeep. For this project, we completely transformed a traditional one-story ranch house into a two-story modern structure that’s full of light. Highlights include a sleek new art studio space, wood shop attached to expanded garage, new master suite, underfloor radiant heat, storage-heavy kitchen island, and LED lighting.
