This remodel of a downtown Portland commercial space called for gutting the interior of an existing storefront, building two piercing rooms, moving the HVAC, replumbing, and installing new electrical systems. We matched the interior design to fit the modern, comfortable vibe that the new tenants were looking for. Highlights include 1,200 square feet of tile, streamlined built-ins, eye-catching hemlock fir strips, and a distinctive pebble wall to display custom jewelry.
