Set next to a natural green space in Cedar Mill, this home is the one friends and family gather in. Previously, the dining room guest seating was hemmed in by half walls between the kitchen and living rooms, hampering flow. The remodel removed all of the walls between the three main rooms to create open space in which to entertain.
Along with a newly done entryway, living room, office and powder bath, the kitchen was designed for serious cooking, yet remains a warm, clean and elegant space for guests.
A walk in pantry and white rift oak cabinets hide ample and organized storage, along with a Subzero refrigerator. Even the cabinet hinges are hidden and the knob-less doors open with Blumotion touch activation. A gourmet stove and vent along with a compliment of Miele appliances assure that no one goes home hungry.
Being able to survey the connected living area, as well as the large back deck and green space from the kitchen, gives the owners all the space and tools they need to be the perfect hosts.
